Natalie Berg is a retail analyst, author and strategist. She delivers valuable insights on the trends shaping the global retail sector, enabling clients to align strategies as they navigate the major forces impacting retail success. Her objective strategic guidance is sought after by leading retail and FMCG brands, technology vendors and industry partners.

As one of the top global retail experts, Natalie is passionate about how retailers can enhance the customer experience, with a particular focus on the convergence of physical and digital commerce. She has co-authored two books on retail, including Amazon: How the World’s Most Relentless Retailer Will Continue to Revolutionize Commerce, which has now been translated into 18 languages. 

Natalie hosts the Retail Disrupted podcast and is a go-to retail commentator for global TV and radio. Her views on retail have been published in the FT, Guardian, BBC, The Times, New York Times, among others, and she is also a guest contributor for Retail Week and Monocle Radio.

Natalie is a regular on the retail conference circuit. She is a skilled communicator, delivering keynotes, chairing events, hosting c-level fireside chats and moderating roundtable discussions at client and industry events around the globe.

In addition to her media and event work, Natalie is an elected member of the KPMG Retail Think Tank where she provides quarterly insights and analysis on the health of the UK retail sector.
